A Sunday evening wind down after some Aerial-i admin.
This is Gnomie. He is visiting Guernsey as part of a global light painting project whereby LPers send him on a pre-arranged route around the world.
He was created in Ireland by a very skilled light stencil maker, Gar (Garnatha on Flickr), and is due to complete around 37,000 miles before he goes home.
This is the second global stencil relay after Tad the Bat racked up a 40,000 mile round trip.
Gnomie is off to Normandy very soon as he hits mainland Europe and beyond.
Last Saturday finally saw the annual Sark to Jersey rowing event take place at the third attempt. The weather on the day was great, but the windy conditions the day before made for a little swell and chop.
Aboard the guard boat Mogul Duster were myself, skipper Jon, and sliding singles rower Mr James Briggs, who duly smashed the 8 year old record by over 4 minutes.
Below are some photos from trip.
The aerial and creative galleries are up for viewing. The one snag is that I have still to decide on a printing partner. But, hey, that just gives you all a bit more time to decide what you want to buy!
