Last Saturday finally saw the annual Sark to Jersey rowing event take place at the third attempt. The weather on the day was great, but the windy conditions the day before made for a little swell and chop.
Aboard the guard boat Mogul Duster were myself, skipper Jon, and sliding singles rower Mr James Briggs, who duly smashed the 8 year old record by over 4 minutes.
Below are some photos from trip.
La Rocque, Jersey.
5 weeks or so since the last blog post which is shameful. Exciting times though.
Full time bean counting is being traded in for something part time so that much more time can be given to Aerial-i. Come November, I will be my own boss for 50% of my working week!
Right now I am nearing the end of my 3 week summer holidays with family which has been great fun. We find ourselves in Jersey right now, with the sound of the waves lapping the beach across the road at St Ouen.
Lots of material to share in due course once I am reunited with my photo processing monster Mac. Above is a little shot taken from the GoPro yesterday afternoon at the lovely La Rocque harbour on Jersey's south-eastern extremity.
